The scandinavian beauty Villa Björkbacken offers an ideal setting for disconnecting from everyday life, casual meetings or throwing a stylish party. The villa is located just over half an hour's drive from Helsinki. Villa Björkbacken is a magnificent ensemble designed by an interior architect, where quality can be sensed in spatial solutions, material choices and many beautiful details.

The villa has a very functional floor plan. The distribution of the rooms and the use of square metres has been carried out with admirable efficiency, with 234 m2 of space and a glazed terrace of about 50 m2. The spaciousness and lightness of the villa is refreshing!

There are five bedrooms in the villa, with beds for a total of 14 people. The large corner sofa has two extra beds if you wish.

On the entrance floor there is a large entrance hall and foyer, from which, turning right, you enter the living room. There is plenty of window space and the living room has a beautiful storage fireplace and entertainment centre with 75″ TV and high quality sound system. The bright bay window has a wonderful dining area.

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen with ample cupboard and counter space, light quartz countertops, quality appliances and a stylish island.

Turning left from the foyer opens up to a large utility, dressing and relaxation area, equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, wine cabinet and piano. This space leads to the bathroom.

The spa area has two showers and a hot tub with steam bath. The sauna itself is comfortable and very good sized. From the utility/changing room you have access to a semi-heated porch of about 30 m2 and an integrated hot water pool. Downstairs is a bedroom with two beds, which can be combined into a double bed if desired. There are good-sized toilets on both floors. All rooms have dimmable lights.

From the entrance hall, a wide staircase leads upstairs to a large lobby area with access to four bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a generously sized toilet and a balcony with long views over the forest to Hiidenvede.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms. One room has a double bed, the other two wide beds, which can be combined into a 240 cm king-size double bed if desired. The third and fourth bedrooms sleep four people. They both have two beds, which can be combined into a 180 cm wide double bed if desired. Both also have a sofa bed, which can be used as a double bed.

The large plot is sheltered and very functional in shape. The spacious glazed terrace of about 50 m2 in the backyard of the house offers a calming view of the forest. There is plenty of lawn and guests can enjoy the privacy of the large courtyard area. The terrace has an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. A hot water pool is at guests' disposal.
